This is a very small item, and its not even a garmet, but i really wanted to bring it up because its a beautiful idea behind it.
In 2002, Ossevort presented "Perfume Jewellery Pieces", a set of a necklace and a ring. It´s the shape of a waterdrop, very beautiful and appealing.
The idea is that two persons, connected to each other in some way, buys it. One takes the ring and the other one the necklace.
If you blow against for example, the necklace, it will send a radio transmitted signal back to the ring, which will release a gently perfume smell!
I´m very in to scents of all kind. Actually I think that scents is starting to get a bigger and more important role in the fashion industrie. Almost every designer has got at least one perfume. The fashion-houses are selling a whole lifestyle, not only the garmets. It contains clothes, make up, bags, scent, and interior!
So why not inaugurtate scent into the big fashion shows? Scent has a miraculous ability to bring emotions to you, in all ways you like.
There allready is garmets that secrete different smells as you move. If you want to create a special feeling around a fashion show, the smell is important too.
